Japanese Style BBQ!! "YAKINIKU"

Etsu & I(Kayo) went to "YAKINIKU" shop.
Yakiniku is Japanese Style BBQ!!
Everytime we go there, we have to cook by ourselves.
But it is FUN!!!!!







Anyway we ordered beef(left pic), chicken(pic downward), Spicy cucumber(top left)and green leaf which call "Chi-sha-ba".









This call "Seseli" →
Do you know which part is "Seseli"?





Answer is...................."Chicken neck"!
It's soooooooo delicious!!!!!!




We call it "Ton-chan" which is pat of internal organ. It's very chewy and spicy.
Looks not beautiful, but taste pretty good!








So now, I will show you how to cook and eat YAKINIKU.

First 1:




This is "Shi-chi-lin" which is old style grill.
Put charcoal under the grid and burn them.
This is traditional way to cook.
(Some shops use electronic grill)


Step 2:



When grid gets really hot, put meat on the grid.
But don't put too many meat!!
Many Japanese dont like it, cuz it will cook too much.




Step 3:




When it cooked, put meat on Chi-sha-ba, and roll with it.
Dip into Yakiniku sauce.




Step 4:





Complete!!




Step 5:





Then Eeeeeeeeeeeat!!!!!
